Separation and divorce can be traumatic events in ones life.
Developed by Katherine Woodward Thomas, I’ve had the privilege of completing the Conscious Uncoupling program after my 33yr marriage came to a close. The benefit I experienced lead me to train under Katherine becoming a certified coach now able to guide others through the life changing process.
In ten weeks you’ll discover how divorce and separation can be done differently, how to lessen any damage it may cause and how you can move forward with grace and dignity towards a brighter future.

A twelve-week program holistically designed to explore all that is intrinsically you, soul, body and mind and help you become a participant in your life instead of the spectator watching the years pass.
Grounded in self compassion, together, we will begin to unearth habits, belief systems, core wounds and values that may no longer serve you. We will explore ways that will help move you towards a passionate, purpose filled life, the one you have been longing for.
We meet weekly for an hour as an intimate group and privately one on one for 30mins.
If you are looking to shake things up in your life, want accountability, are ready to back yourself and make some serious sustainable changes, I’d love to guide you on this journey home to your authentic self.

HER COMEBACK TOUR
Your journey of rediscovering and unleashing the woman that lies within starts here! Think Eat Pray Love with your own private coach guiding you on a journey inward, back to self, as much as a travel experience of a lifetime. Bespoke three-week tours designed to help you hone in and celebrate the feminine mind, body, and soul.
We dedicate one week to exploring each of these areas with compassion and curiosity in a location that supports the process. Together we will release and re-member as we gently and joyfully bring her home to live her best life yet!
