Meet Laura Diaz
Laura has been described as down to earth, kind-hearted, knowledgeable and passionate. Her clients come to her because she consciously and intentionally, strives to walk her talk. Laura is committed to transformation believing that we can only guide others as far as we have grown ourselves. The change begins with ourselves first.
Her reason for being here is to serve and do a deep dive into relationships. Combining coaching and counselling skills, personal experience with learnt practices across an array of modalities, Laura takes a compassionate holistic approach, guiding those that seek that deep connection with life, that yearn for clarity, peace, joy, purpose and love, to re-member who they are and bring them home safely back to their beautiful souls.

For those who are ready for change, desire deep, authentic, intimate connection with themselves and others, I’m here for you. Consciously and intentionally, together, we’ll pave a clear way forward guiding you to becoming the absolute best version of yourself. And I did say “best” not “perfect”.
Empowering men and women to find their way home to their pure self, is my life’s purpose.
It’s taken me a little while to get here, this feels like home, this is where my soul dances. The price you pay for not living from this place is too high, for yourself and the collective.
Once we truly know ourselves we can then deeply connect with others and form lasting relationships.
I am not here to fix you, you are not broken. Just like you, I am a human “BEing”.
You are intrinsically wise, adaptive, creative, a force of nature, and most importantly, worthy.
Somewhere along the way, you may have forgotten who you are, and if you are honest with yourself, you know that deep down there’s this feeling of “I know there’s more to me”.
I’m here to help you re-establish that relationship with yourself first, to help you “re-member” who you are and then you can share that with others. You will radiate and walk with inner strength and love that will draw people to you.
It would be my honor to guide, champion, and bear witness to you coming home to a conscious relationship with yourself and others.
